At TGlearn, we understand that every school is unique and there is no “one size fits all” approach. That’s why we make it a high priority to understand each school’s unique identity when we begin a partnership.
We conduct an extensive exploratory process to collect data, identify strengths and determine areas of perceived need. Together with school leadership, we set immediate and long-term priorities, as well as overarching goals.
This discovery process guides our ongoing work, and we tailor our approach to meet each schools' needs.
